Experience – minimum of 1-3 years direct Cost Accounting experience.  Additional experience is preferred to have come from work assignments in General Accounting, Finance, or Audit (either internal or external).  The aforementioned experience may come from a multitude of sources, with preference given to experience in fast-paced consumer products, manufacturing, food service, or a public accounting background.

Specialized Knowledge – strong knowledge of GAAP and other areas related to financial reporting requirements, and systems proficiency.

Additional Qualifications – (1) be a strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines, (2) have strong verbal and written communication skills that will allow them to express the key points in a clear manner, (3) have the ability to work with minimal direction when necessary to support the group’s objectives, (5) posses excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Experience – minimum of 2 - 4 years related experience.  It is preferred that this experience have come from work assignments in Audit (either internal or external), General Accounting, or Cost Accounting. The aforementioned experience may come from a multitude of sources, with preference given to experience in public accounting, fast-paced consumer products, manufacturing, or a food service background.      

Specialized Knowledge – strong knowledge of G.A.A.P. and other areas related to financial reporting requirements.
